Honoring Over Four Decades of Dedication

ECORP staff celebrate Kathy Kondor on her retirement

After more than 40 years of leadership in marketing and business development within the environmental industry—and 21 years of dedicated service with ECORP Consulting, Inc.—last month, we bid a fond farewell to Kathy Kondor, our Director of Marketing, as she retired from service.

Kathy has been a cornerstone of ECORP’s growth and success. As one of the early architects of our marketing data systems, she played a pivotal role in shaping our strategic direction. Her deep industry knowledge, strategic foresight, and unwavering commitment have left a lasting legacy.

Kathy is widely recognized for her active involvement in professional organizations that champion women and promote innovation across the infrastructure, energy, and environmental sectors. She has served on the OC/IE Leadership Team for the Association of Women in Water, Energy, and Environment (AWWEE), contributing to regional efforts that support women professionals in these fields. Her commitment to business development is reflected in her participation with both the Business Development Association of Inland Empire (BDA/IE) and the Business Development Association of Orange County (BDA/OC), where she has helped foster industry connections and strategic growth.

Kathy also held a position on the Board of Directors for the California Construction & Industrial Materials Association (CalCIMA), advocating for sustainable practices and regulatory awareness in construction and materials industries. Her engagement with the Department of Defense – Western Regional Council and the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) highlight her dedication to supporting infrastructure and environmental initiatives within federal and military contexts. Additionally, she previously served on the Board of Directors for Women’s Transportation Seminar (WTS International), further demonstrating her leadership in advancing women’s roles in transportation and infrastructure development.

Please join us in expressing our heartfelt gratitude to Kathy for her many years of service and in wishing her a joyful and fulfilling retirement.
