Air Quality Services

ECORP provides comprehensive Air Quality and Greenhouse Gas Emissions Services to ensure compliance with environmental regulations like CEQA and NEPA. While these Air Quality and Greenhouse Gas Emissions Services fall into one of three categories, they are often performed together to ensure full regulatory compliance with all national, state, and local ordinances.

Air Quality Modeling and Analysis Services

ECORP offers Air Quality Modeling and Analysis Services for permitting purposes before construction, as part of our construction monitoring services, or after a facility is constructed for new equipment installation and usage permits. In California, these services are often performed as part of a CEQA-mandated Air Quality Assessment or related documentation.

Greenhouse Gas Emissions Modeling and Analysis Services

ECORP’s Greenhouse Gas Emissions Modeling and Analysis Services are typically performed in conjunction with other air quality monitoring services.

As part of these services, we first determine whether construction, facility operations, or new equipment installation or usage would likely exceed greenhouse gas thresholds. If thresholds are exceeded, we assist clients develop specialized mitigation strategies.

Ambient and Stationary Source Air Quality Monitoring

During construction or after a facility is operational, ECORP provides Ambient and Stationary Source Air Quality Monitoring Services to track real-time air emissions from the site. While federally regulated sensors are used for CEQA- or NEPA-mandated air monitoring or air emissions mitigation, lower-cost next-generation sensors are often used for public relations campaigns, Community Air Grants, and resolving outstanding litigation involving air pollution.

ECORP uses monitoring stations to model ambient air quality and estimate future emissions from construction or new land-use operations
