ECORP Consulting, Inc. is proud to have helped the City of Sacramento in its effort to implement a component of its “Homeless Master Plan.” ECORP provided the services of a biologist and archaeologist to conduct required onsite surveys and to prepare biological and cultural resources technical reports in support the Meadowview Village Project. The Project entails construction of 125 tiny homes near Meadowview Road and 29th Street. This community will include permanent housing and services intended to help unhoused families under Mayor Darrell Steinberg’s “Homeless Master Plan.” ECORP provided these services to the city at no cost as part of its ongoing Volunteer/Community Service Program.
