ECORP was proud to serve as a stage sponsor for the Northstate BIA’s Sips and Bites Connections Mixer, held at the Palladio in Folsom. The event featured live musical entertainment by Custom Neon, featuring ECORP’s own Pete Balfour and Chris Stabenfeldt as longtime band members. Krissy Walker-Berry and Brian Marks also represented ECORP at the event. Attendees enjoyed an impressive array of beer, wine, and specialty drink samples, thoughtfully paired with delicious bites, courtesy of over 25 sponsors.
Just steps from our Rocklin office, the Northstate BIA Cornhole Tournament brought together over 60 teams for a day of friendly competition. ECORP participated as a board sponsor, with Brian Marks and Chris Stabenfeldt competing as team “Crispy Brain” (a clever nod to their names: Chris + Brian).
Despite a tough start (scores of 22–2 and 21–12), the team rallied with a win by forfeit and a strong fourth game (22–7). They ultimately fell to MacKay and Somps Civil Engineers (23–14) in a close match that was tied at 12 before a late-game surge.
