ECORP Consulting, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Dave Krolick to President. This transition reflects the firm’s continued evolution and long-term commitment to delivering high-quality, science-driven environmental consulting services to its clients.
Krolick brings more than twenty years of experience with the firm, spanning technical delivery, operational leadership, and executive management. He joined ECORP in 2004 and began his career in the geospatial group, where he led the team for over a decade, supporting challenging projects for both public and private sector clients. He later transitioned into operational leadership, overseeing the firm’s Rocklin headquarters while continuing to serve as a project manager on technically rigorous and data-driven projects.
Krolick has been a member of ECORP’s Board of Directors since 2015 and was appointed Chief Operating Officer in 2023. In that role, he played a key part in strengthening the firm’s operational foundation and supporting its integrated, one-firm approach to project delivery.
“While our leadership team holds different roles, we’ve always operated as a unified group, working closely together to support the firm and our clients,” said Bjorn Gregersen, former long-time President and Chief Executive Officer. “This transition reflects that continuity. Dave and I will continue to work in close partnership as we move forward, building on the foundation that has guided ECORP’s growth.”
Krolick succeeds Gregersen as President, who will continue to serve as Chief Executive Officer. In this role, Gregersen will remain focused on the firm’s long-term vision and strategic direction as ECORP continues to grow as an employee-owned organization.
