ECORP is looking for a full-time PC Technician/Help Desk Support Specialist to join our Redlands or San Diego office team. Responsibilities will include responding to end-user phone, email or chat requests for support to resolve basic computer, application, systems, device, access, or performance issues. Will use product information to research, troubleshoot and deliver solutions. Will support installs or upgrades of software or devices, set up user profiles, maintains parts inventory and logs all service/repair activity. Maintain iOS and Android tablet-based GPS devices. Experience with Microsoft Office 365, MS Teams, Windows 10 and 11 Operating Systems.
Requires 1-3 years’ experience, Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Travel between our southern California offices required.
Our base full-time annual salary range is $52,000-$72,800. Starting salary is determined by relevant experience, education, certifications, internal equity and market conditions.
